i think that he should be... he has made over 600 more 3's than dale ellis, who is second all time while shooting 40% from beyond the arc. he is 5 all time in free throw %. 16 all time in total points scored. ahead of the likes of clyde drexler, larry bird, hal greer, elgin baylor, david robinson, etc. and he is one of the top three best clutch performers ever along with jordan and bird. so i really dont see how guys like bill walton, dave debusherre, billy cunningham, and possibly a few others. i am not saying he should be really high on the list or anything, but i mean come on. another guy left off is dominique wilkins who should be on there but isnt... statisticly he isnt as good as miller to be on but what he helped do for the game should get him on none the less

reggie has never dominated other players in his era. he's a solid role player at best, not top 50 material.

I still dont think top 50, but maybe higher than 100. Yes and its unfair that Stockton and Malone are there but they haven done anything either [IMG]

Stockton is the All Time assist and steal leader
Malone is 2nd in All Time scoring

They have been a constant in making the Jazz a legitimate contender year in and year out.

Did I just read some of the things I read? Stockton and Malone haven't done anything?! Reggie Miller is a role player at best?!

Have you guys watched basketball beyond the last two years? All 3 deserve a spot in Top 50 players of all-time. Championships are great, but cannot be the determining factor in a career. Barkley never got a ring and is definitely in the Top 50. It's like saying anyone who's not president of their company is a failure. And what about the John Salleys of the world. He's got at least 3 rings. Does that put him on the list? Obviously not. Championships are what seperate the top rung from the 2nd rung, but not the great from good. There are plenty of Top 50 players without rings.
