franchise is a great player, he's one of the elite players in the league, but he hasn't been recognized as one. everyone knows he's good, but he's top 10 player in the league, IMO.
sorry for editing your first post deestillballin, but i had to get francis' name spelled correctly. otherwise people might not know who you are talking about.(actually they probably would, i guess i have a disorder)

francis isn't close to being an elite player..starting in an allstar gam doesn't mean you are a great guard.Francis is around the 4th best PG in the league...so he is close to be elite and he curtainly isn't top 10
no, he's a triple double threat every night, he has one of the best all around games in the league. top 10 (no particular order) tmac, kobe, td, dirk, pp, kg, shaq, kidd, ai ,franchise tell me if i missed someone that deserves to be in this list

sheed's been a dissappointment this year, he definetely isn't better than franchise, forgot webber. but honestly, look at these stats http://www.nba.com/playerfile/steve_franci...x.html?nav=page, he's avg. 22 ppg 6 apg 6 rpg, not many players can brag about those numbers. jermaine o neal isn't at franchises level yet. only problem with franchise is hes' turned the ball over a lot.
I know what his stats are and they don't tell the whole story.. he isn't the guy you can depend on in must win games.Sheed has been good and on a team with less options would be a 23 and 10 guy....JO is good and is getting 22 and 10 rebounds per game..both are better than francis..
He still isn't better than the players i mentioned....francis is good but not a top 10 player nor should be even considered as an elite player
