This is a case where staying another year will benefit Darius Rice. He needs to show that he can have some sort of inside-outside game, kind of like he displayed in the UConn game.

Walton is a second-rounder to me. Sure his assist average is high, but he isn't that good of a creater. He is slow, won't be able to find ways to score on the pro level really and just doesn't do anything really great that can benefit him on the next level.

No, I'm talkin about Rice. He's skinny but so is Darius Miles, Tmac and a few others that are still great.

Even LeBron james? he's estimated at 240!

lifting a lot of weight doesn't mean you are strong. some guys can bench 300lbs max, but can only get it up once and can't rep a lot. while other guys can rep 200lbs 25 times. the size of your arms doesn't mean you are stronger either. some guys have leaner muscle and some guys are bulkier, bone structure, fat, and the amount of water in you also effects the size of your muscle. look at KG, he's skinny, but he's one of the stronger players in the NBA, he's just wirey strong.

Yeah 300lbs is their max but u introduce me to a guy who can bench 200lbs 25 times in a row....with a lot of training it can be done but u r stretchin wit maxin 300 once and not bein able to do 200....if they can max 300 it's most likely they can rep 200lbs a lot

just go to the NFL combines or training camps for rookies. most of the guys can max out very high, but they cannot rep a lot.

the standard is for each player to max out and then rep as many times with two 45lb plates on each side. most of the guys who max out high can only rep about 12 to 15 times. but a lot of the guys who can't lift as much can rep it 25 to 30 times.
