Tonight's game Lakers v Kings....both teams are playing really well so i expect this to be a great game as both teams are looking to get as high seed as possible
I think this game is going to be won in the 4th quater. The team that plays best in the 4th quater will win the game
I think the Lakers are going to take this game. The Lakers made a statement versus the Mavs and I expect them to make another one tonight. The Lakers are only 1 game from the 4th seed, and they would love to have homecourt advantage and dispose of the Blazers once again. There has been a lot of sound bites for this match up, so the intensity level should be equal to a playoff game.
Lake Show This is the Lakers' game, I had my doubts about them from the second the Lakers eliminated Sacramento last year, but last month, a big boost of confidence in LA came in. I just don't see anybody beating the Lakers right now.
I think the Lakers will win this one by a shot at the buzzer. They should be motivated to get the 4th or 5th seed.
i think this is gonna be such a good game...and i don't really have a pick for who will win the game...the Kings are a deep deep team that is playing really well...the Lakers, as well as they have been playing lately, are still using the last 4 games of the season to work their way into playoff shape, and so the edge technically should be to the Kings because they are playing close to their best ball that I believe they are capable of playing... The one difference maker may be that LA is in a must win situation where as the Kings will pretty much be the second seed in the West regardless of whether or not they win or lose tonight, the Lakers may come in with more fire to win this game than the Kings, although popular theory would say that the rivalry would be enough to force both teams to leave everything they have on the floor...Kobe is coming off of a series of sorry sorry games...and Shaq is coming off of one of his poorest performances since the all-star break...Shaq and Kobe should come up big but the Kings players will show up as well, specifically Webber and Bibby (Peja too if the defense is forced to help on bibby and webber leavin peja to hit his open shots)... but its gonna be a great game!
lakers are up...doesn't feel like a real game though. it just doesn't have that playoff intensity and i'm suspicious why the kings aren't goin' to the high pick & roll as much as they usually do. i'm actually thinking that the kings are losing on purpose so they won't face the lakers until the WCF.
call me a pesimist, but i don't consider that a convincing win. the kings played flat footed and didn't run the high pick & rolls all too much...i'm expecting the kings to play with more intensity against us in the playoffs.
I feel asleep after the 1st quarter(i thought it was the worse 1st quarter between these two). this was not KINGS or LAKERS (yes I said it they coulda done better) basketball that i expected. Sorry (although I found it funny when Bibby and Shaq got called for those Techs) <<best part of the game
If Lakers are going to win- they need more Shaq less Kobe which is what they're doing and they're winning. Took them long enough to figure out.
