LeBron Exploring College Options

    With the success of freshman phenom Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James is now seriously considering taking a shot at college. He would like to play in the Big East to face Carmelo and is looking for a college to offer him a scholarship. When I heard this story, I thought it would be great for LeBron to play a year or two of college ball and gain maturity. However, I also think LeBron might have made the statement to steal some of Melo's thunder. And of course even if LeBron goes to college there is no guarantee Melo will be back next season.

    Do you take LeBron's statements about going to college serious or it's just a bunch of ****?

    its a bunch of **** cuz the NCAA would never let him play...he has probably violated a lot of NCAA rules

    Yeah, I believe the NCAA already stated that he would be punished for the past violations.

    there is no way that he will go to college(he knows that right now there is to much money for him in the nba)

    I say he goes to Virginia Tech....they'd make money and they need anyone they can get....I live here and when u get booed in ur OWN GYM it's not good....trust me it's happened

    if he went to college for a few years. maybe even four he would be SCARY when he started his NBA career

    he'll be ruled ineligible right away...plus...he needs to go to the nba so that he can get that paycheck so he can pay off the hummer that his mom 'took out a loan' to buy LOL

    The thing that i think is funny is James has not said if he is going to the NBA or college yet.. But he will go pro he wonts the money, no his MOM wonts the money.lol
