    yeah that was a complete embarrasment to the lakers, props to the wolves, i hope that this will continue, i hate the lakers, and i want to see the wolves get past the first round.

    i agree, i want the lakers out so bad, but i don't think that there is any way the twolves can beat the lakers in a best of 7 series. thud had a huge game, 37 and 10 same with kg, 35 and 20 7, damn. both of them need to have about the same performance in every game in order for the twolves to have a chance to advance

    If Hudson keeps up their scoring and gets around 25..then i see wolves winning the series..if he doesn't..lakers win...it really is that simple.As KG can't do anymore than he already does...

    I'm with sportsrock on this one. One loss doesn't mean the Lakers are out of it. I think they are still too powerful for the Wolves. Hudson can't keep that kind of play up. And this is all coming from a self-admitted Laker Hater, so it's not a fan talking.

    that's entirely true...just because they lost one game in a series, it means nothing...the 1st round depends on the series, but one game out of *four--I think* doesn't mean anything...maybe they'll be on a winning strikes??? I'm also a Laker-hater, haha....I admit it. I like the Timberwolves better.

    I agree, there's no way a team that cant get out of the first round can beat the 3 time defending champs in the first round, as much as I wish they could.

    yeah i agree with you KC. refs are bailing out the lakers, and i can't stand it has to go down like this. even though i'm a huge laker fan, they don't deserve this game.

    At least you aren't in denial like a lot of Lakers fans. Is this what the playoffs are gonna be about again this year? The refs gift-wrapping the championship for the Lakers?

    God, sometimes I hate this league.

    Free throws are killing the Lakers, 15-27, while Minny hasn't gotten all the fouls called there way like the Lakers, they have made 15-16 FT's which is great team shooting. Lakers will win though.

    damn minny deserved to win they beat the lakers and the refs. congrats to them, they showed a lot of guts.

    i still have faith in the lakers, but they are making it harder on themselves in later rounds. sac and dallas are cruising into round 2.
