    Nets vs. Bucks

Once again George Karl proves why he is a shitty coach. He starts Marcus Haislip instead of Tim Thomas, because him and Tim Thomas don't get along.

The Nets completely dominated this game on both sides of the ball. They killed the Bucks on the offensive glass and Gary Payton had a horrible shooting game. The Bucks picked it up in the 4th quarter thanks to Tim Thomas and I think the Bucks will rebound in Game 2. The Nets looked very focused and executed their game plan to perfection today.

    Nets win 109-96

I didn't like the game at all today. I agree he should have started Tim, but we can all agree and say that Karl is a dumbass. They picked it up majorly in the fourth because of Tim, that should knock some sense into Karl.

It's a thing of beauty watching Reggie let it fly. Jermaine O'neal is scoring anytime he wants. The Pacers are slowing pulling away from the Celtics. 8 of 29 shooting by the 2 Celtic stars. That's just not going to get it done.

They are a team that relies on shooting alot especially the three. They live or die on the 3 point shot and today it didnt fall. The Nets played great. They had 7 players in double figures and Kidd had 14 assists. It will be really hard to beat a team that has 7 players score in double figures. Another key stat is that the Nets out-rebounded the Bucks 48-28. That is honestly pathetic.

Karl didnt start Thomas but he did play alot. Thomas led all scorers with 25 points.

    Great team win the Nets.

The Nets got to a fast start and never looked back.

Looks like the Pacers are gonna win they are leading in the 4th.

Yeah, they looked like they were going to win. Boston's gotta be charged with a felony on that one.

Great comeback lead by Paul Pierce. He was insane down the stretch and made all his free throws. Not sure why Reggie Miller wasn't in the game down the stretch to provide some outside shooting and some leadership. The Celtics did a good job of collapsing on the Pacer big men and forcing the Pacers to take shots with little time on the shot clock. The Pacers are in a MUST win situation now.

as i was looking at the nets play today it seems like the nets wills sweep the bucks and the nets will rise again and defend the eastern title, they have the swagger that the lakers usually have, i dunno its in there eye's the heart eunnin for balls goin out of bounds intensity.

as for the pacer game, i was completly shocked by the comeback the celts made to win the game..... and can somebody tell me what the hell tinsley threw that went in the the last few secconds?!?!? boston might just have a chance to take it

i dont see why its so shocking. the celtics DID pull off hte greatest comeback in NBA playoff history not more than a year ago. but yea i didnt think they were goonnna win either....imagine pierce having a 40 point game on a day where he hits 8 of his 20 something field goals. thats kind of scary for a pacer fan. a great game at any rate but will the celtics have enough to upset the pacers in the first round?

i think the calts do have a chance to beat the pacers, but i myust admit i am bies since i cant stand the pacers ever since the whole knick rivalry
(damn reggie) but seriously the celtics do have a chance at winning espesially if pierce and walker come togather and be the superstars that tey are and stop hitting so many 3's a few are ok but im expecting the pacers to win the next game

Pierce scored 21 points in the fourth quarter and looked like a completely different ballplayer. Playoff record for free throws hit without a miss...old record belonged to Karl Malone at 18-18.
