big ben didn't have the explosiveness he usually has and looked a little hesistant. i think gooden was the key factor in the game. he really brought intensity and the itimidation factor the magic need against this team. t-mac was amazing and scored at will. this would be a great upset, and i hope t-mac can handle the physical demands of a 7 game series.
gooden will be the key factor in every game pretty much. if he can contain big ben on the boards and get a lot of boards for himself. if he can keep playing like this then the magic should win, but if he doesn't play good and big ben gobbles up rebound after rebound, then magic will probably lose.
I think Pistons did have chances to win but they couldn't stop T-Mac....they come within one then T-Mac hits 2 3's, I hate that
this is the best i've ever seen tmac play in the 4th quarter, 17 pts. i know he missed his last couple of shots, but he normally gets stone cold for the whole 4th quarter. his 10-0 run at the beginning of the 4th was unbelievable. if tmac can start doing this at the 4th quarter in most games, the other teams would need to watch out for the magic.
pistons will still win the series...we only lost by 5 considering chauncey had his worse ever game i've seen..ben is not near 100% heathly yet..we shot 30% we missed shots we normally make..rip only guy who played well...corliss was way off the mark and we still took the game close..so alot of postives from the pistons camp even after losing this game...we beat magic twice in orlando so them having back homecourt doesn't bother me one bit. When ben gets heathly drew gooden won't have it quite so easy as he did yesterday
^^^^ But now Orlando have homecourt, and T-Mac healthy. I still think Detroit will win but they've made it considerably harder for themselves. Also the Magic should use Gooden on D to mark Ben Wallace. Just dont use him on offense and use T-Mac and they should have a real chance.
if Big Ben don't get healthy and reboundin....they will lose this series he's a must in the succession of the Pistons
