The Detroit/Orlando game is being shown exclusively on NBATV tonight. If you are like me and you think that idea sucks then go to the following link: (no, it isn't a spam link) www.nba.com/email_us/letters_to_nba.html and tell them you think it's a stupid idea. My letter: <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I think it is insane that you show games exclusively on NBATV. I'm furious that I again won't be able to see the Orlando/Detroit game because of your asinine broadcast decisions. Perhaps if you are going to use NBATV to show games in High Definition you should show the games on the normal stations as well in their regular format. You are doing a good job of alienating your fans during playoff time. I hope this practice doesn't continue after this playoff season. If so I will stop going to the games in Atlanta and purchasing NBA merchandise. I realize that I alone won't make an impact on your sales but I think that you will eventually force enough people like myself to react in the same manner to affect your bottom line.</div>
well,i got NBATV andat first it diddent show but after a while it shoeed and the first game i saw on hight definition(not realy on my tv) i gotta admit it looks prety nice but the only beef i have with it is i think it should be on cable
then if NBA TV is on cable then NHL TV and all those other stuff is gonna be on cable......but still i still agree with u
you are complaining to the wrong people. nba tv bids for the rights to show games just like any other network. if you don't like the fact companies like them are allowed to bid then you need to complain to the NBA for selling their rights to them.

If the NBA thinks that fans will leave over NBATV they will simply cut them out.
