hehe...that's what kobe would be hoping for...but Im not sure he has it in him to lead a team to a championship as the number one guy. Hed be trying to prove all those people wrong but I dont think hed make it all the way. Hed probably take them to the playoffs a few times though
it's been said all year that kobe needs his own team. he needs to carry a team to the playoffs all by himself in order to prove himself. i don't think this thread is pointless. who says that Kobe even wants to stay in LA after his contract's done?
when his contract ends....i believe phil jackson will be leavin by then and it will be a bulls crushing all over again...when jordan and phil left...the whole team split...lakers end up like that and all of LA will be pissed.....
yes. i suppose we all agree it is the most likley outcome. there are other questions now. will the lakers be better or worse after he leaves and will he be capable of leading another team to the playoffs as the top man?
I don't know why, but for some reason I'd like to see that happen. Not just because I dislike the Lakers.. I just want Phil to go away.

?! How do you guys start rumors like this . . . the reason there was rumors of Kobe in Memphis anyways was Jerry West, and West has already said he doesnt want to see Kobe anyways except LA and KG in LA, gawd, you know who much bad pub. KG would get for that, that would be the easy way out . . .
