Its an absolute travesty that Kobe finsihed ahead of McGrady AND Shaq. just goes to show that the man will do anything to make pretty little kobe seem bertter and more important than he is.....and whos the idiot who gave Ben Wallace a first place vote? [IMG]

i agree. tmac shoulda finished ahead of kobe, and shaq should always finish ahead of kobe. just look at the lakers record with shaq and without shaq, and you will see the big difference.

Exactly, the lakers are worse than the nuggets without shaq.

sure u dont want to say something else? I'd hate for the only thing you have to say to be wrong. almost 13 rebounds a game. 23.3 points a game (more than KG) .513 fg% (better than KG) almost 3 blocks a game (almost twice as many as KG), UNbelieveable numbers in the playoffs and a champiionship? Sounds pretty deserving to me. Im not saying that KG wasnt deserving but u can't say that Duncan wasnt deserving

That's such crap that people say that, Duncan's a force to be heard don't get me wrong but everyone says how he TOOK OVER and made the championship happen.

Garnett has NOTHING to work with, it's all him...or they lose. You think DUNCAN would have carried the T-Wolves to the championship, hell no, he woulda got stomped by KG and the Spurs.

It's the supporting cast that helps you win, not duncan, KG did more with nothing then Duncan did with little.

you cant be so sure of that. Duncan elevated his play when it counted the most and made the guys around him better so he very well might have led the wolves all the way. And KG wasnt even arguealy the best player on his team in the lpayoffs troy hudson was. (not my arguement but I could see someone making the case) Duncan is the MVP. he deserved it. KG and Kidd battle for a close second. stop whining KG fans

Kobe should have finished 5th or 6th in voting
1.duncan 2.kg 3.tmac 4.shaq 5 or 6 is a tie between kobe and AI. He plays with so much heart and leads his team every year

yea. its absurd that kobe who led his team to a 2-10 record before shaq showed up finished higher than shaq in MVP voting. I dont care what his numbers were the lakers wouldve missed the playoffs if Shaq handt come in to save him

Well any player who led that team would of had the same kind of record..(guards i mean) the role players were poor..to be fair on kobe he played his ass off and did the best he could....but If kobe shouldn't of been in contention why should of mcgrady? he could only get 8th seed in the east...

It was a 5-10 record, not 2-10. No need to make it sound worse than it already was.

No. It was 2-10 (as if 5-10 isnt bad enough) the 3 wins came in the middle of the year when shaq had already come back and put the lakers back in contention and kobe was on his CRAZY point streak. cant expect kobe to be scoring 40 points a game all year. And T-mac didnt lead his team to a 2 or 5-10 record lets be fair now. Tmac is much better team leader

bahahahahahahahaha... rofl... please olskool... some more moronic jokes for your dumbass would be kinda fun...

KG was 27pts, 16reb, 5ast, 1.7 blk, 1.6stl ... Duncans elevated numbers dont look as good.... so please dont be stupid and say stupid sh!t like KG didnt elevate his game or he wasnt even the best player on his team... you really look like a dumbass when you say it... i hate to "personally attack" you but this has to be one of the stupidest posts of all your great stupid posts yet... get it?

2nd... I like how you throw #s out like Duncans numbers we way better... or like they were even better... he had a few more points... more blocks and .10% increase in FG%... KG had more rebounds, plenty more asists, more trip-dub, dub-dub and so on... even a better effiecenty ranking and points...

we KG fans arnt whining... you brought KG into the discussion... We've already argued over this before and you bring it up and say we are wining about it... seriously... read your posts before you actually f*ckin post them...
