alright this is silly. Ive been browsing thru articlie preparing for this series and a couple times I've heard idiot writers refer to the Nets Kidd Kenyon and Jefferson as their "Big Three" one guy even called it "the Big Three". I feeel this is insulting to some of the great trios of the past such as Jordan Pippen and Rodman and Bird Parish and McHale. Real power trios where everyone ended up or will end up in the hall of fame. Only one of this trio will ever end up in the All star game and thats Kidd. Once Kidd leaves in the offseason youre going to see a stunning regression from kmart and richardjeff because they wont have a wizard like kidd getting them wide open looks and making them loko better than they are. This sitn the big three. they arent even one of the 10 best trios in the league today.
i dunno but i think by "big 3" i think they meant the nets i agree it shouldent mean "big3" in the catagory of the players of the magnitude you listed also i doubt kidd will be leaving, the nests will offer them so much he cant refuse, also he has grown so tight with k-mart and rj that he wont leave, i think kidd know that he's playin with future allstars( i know oldskool will differ but thats what i think) and he cant miss with that team
olskool are you just getting mad because the nets are playing the celts? lol, they refer to it as the big three because they went to the NBA finals last year, and this year there going at the same pace and aren't doing any worse...its not insult to any other players.
how many big 3's are there... I still think the Allen, Cassell and Robinson is one of the best Big 3's... yes even over Dirk, Finley and Nash.. its just that ACR.. was sweet IMO
yes, dirk, finley and nash are a big trio. The nets top 3 just dont deserve to be mentioned with them. they went to the finals cause of the big ONE: JASON KIDD!! and saying that they will offer him osmehting he cant refuse is almost as dumb as saying hes tight with kmart and rjef. What kidd cant refuse is the opprunity to win a championship which he can tdo in NJ. and Kidd has publically questioned Kmart and RJef and other eammates. doesnt sound very tight to me.
The money will be there from any number of teams. The opportunity to win the big pretzel will come with only a few. My prediction is that New Jersey will be childless....or without Kidd. dunno
agreed. any number of teams will be glad to pay kidd and hell go tot he team with which he can best have the chance to win it all and theat team isnt the nets. calling them a big 3 is laughable. calling them an amazing three is an insult to basketball as we know it

yea but just because theyre three players doesnt mean theyre "THE BIG THREE" thats embarrasing to real trios. and youre exactly right. thyre nothing wihtout kidd and all will be revealed when he leaves you could call kidd the big ONE!!!

I think he is one of the best PF's in the east, and is a future all star.
