    well i dont really pay attention to the FT routines of NBA players but i do love watching shaq shoot FT's everytime it is a new adventure, for mine i throw it forward with backspin then take 3 dribbles with the right hand then setup and shoot

    I don't like Anthony Mason's. He has such a delayed shot. It's strange. I also don't like Jermaine O'Neal's. He holds it for-e-ver.

    i agree with mason, i was gonna bring him up, it is a weird looking free throw, even shaq's looks better. kidd kisses before he shoots his. big ben's ft sucks, it actually doesn't look that bad, but it just doesn't go in

    Jeff Hornaceks got really annoying however it was good becasue he made it every time.

    Shaq's is terrible, every way you look at.


    I dont think about how they look getting ready for the shot. I mainly look at the stroke of the shot. That determines whether it goes in or not. [​IMG]

    yeah i dont like jason kidds, but rip hamilton has a cool one. I just do a simple three bounces then i shoot so i wont get thrown off because of some wierd ritual.

    I like Jason Kidd's 4 some strange reason. His free-throw is probably my favorite.
    I dislike Anthony Mason's and Shaquille O'Neal's, and I hate Rip's freethrow. He dribbles twice to the right... it looks so weird!

    vin baker is a real mess now, but i like his free throw routine - he brings it back, up and delay, then flicks the wrist, so it sorta looks like 2 actions in one. ray allen's is beautiful to watch tho, just like anytime he shoots

    agree with everyone else, anthony mason's is annoying - slow and deliberate, just like the rest of his offense.

    But mine... I bounce the ball 4 times w/ my right hand spin it sdrowkcab 3 times then bounce one more time and then finally usually i like to hit the back of the net

    I usually just dribble it a couple of times, then make a swish (most of the times) :roll:
