Today NJ beat Boston 94-76 at Boston. This almost guarentees NJ a post in the Eastern finals(they only need to win one while Boston needs to win 4 in a row). After the 3 games it's fairly obvious that NJ just have it over Boston.
Walker got owned AGAIN by martin..i said before this series that martin would get over 20 a game..he will be an allstar next season..
if that was the case..kidd would average 20 assists a game...K-mart gets dunks from kidd but he can attack and can hit the 15 foot jump shot
Im almost certain that the Nets wil win this series now. I thought that the comments made by Scott might anger the Celtics and get them fired up but its obvious that wasnt the case. The Celtics havent been playing well at all. Jason Kidd is the man, Nets in 5.
celts are done but no way they get swept. theyre gonna take out all their agressions on the nets and route them in game 4. if they manage to steal game 5 things could get interesting...and no. kenyon will never be an all star. if kidd leaves, he wont score 13 points a game
god olskoolfunktitude what do u have against kenyon martin, if u dont think he is one of the best defenders in the entire nba, if not the very best, after he has totally totally totally shut down walker this series, just like he shuts down whoever he guards, what does he have to do to make u think he's a good player? hold walker to 10% shooting instead of 20%? average 30 and 20 instead of 20 and 10? and saying he wouldtn score 13/game without kidd is ridiculous. i dont think that he will get to tons of allstar games unfortunately because the nets are not really that popular with their players except for kidd in regards to leaguewide recognition, and plus the fact that they have such a deep team hurts each players individual stats some. and also the fact that defensive players dont make allstar teams except in situations like ben wallace where theres no other centers in the east and he's the def. p.o.y. Whether i personally like a player or not, i still will give them credit if they are a good player or not. and i bet the nets will sweep the celtics, unless the celtics are just really really hot as a team on monday.
:roll: i said martin would average 20 a game in this playoff series and he has done that..yet you said he would never..you hate martin...Martin will be a 18-20 a game scorer next year...that is for sure...kidd or no kidd..but it is likely kidd will stay...as snow mentioned martin is a very good defender and has shut down walker completly in this series...the 3 of kidd,jefferson and martin could really improve next year and be even stronger...jefferson is impressive every time i see him...

Hes just very very overrated. and the three wont improve cause kidd will be gone if he wants to win a championship. kmart isnt one of the best at anything ecxept being a cocky little bitch. hes a less talented ron artest. he intimidates no one. how can you be intimidated by someone whos just so funny looking?

Nets have a good future...once deke retires they will money of that and they have this center signing for them next year..who killed darko the other day by putting 29 points and 12 rebounds on him...so he must be good Nets are one good player away from being in with a better chance at winning a title..

I can't predict the future..so who knows what the nets do and if they will win a title..as i said it all depends on what they add to their roster...

Do I think Duncan will come to NJ though? No. For any team in the East to win a title they must sign a superstar bigman.
