Some New Jersey website recently reported that Rudy could move up in the front office, and that JVG could be replacin him.

    Thoughts?

What New Jersey website? Rudy moving up to the front office is definetly a possibility. I dont know enough about JVG to know if he would be a good fit for the Rockets. I just hope that assistant coach who took over for Rudy when he was sick, doesnt become our head coach.

How can the Raptors be a poorer team than the the Charlotte franchise when the Charlotte franchise dosen't even have a team yet?

My bad. I think he wants money more than anything at this point.

knicks, the raps havent gave him an offer yet. I think a coach which can turn a bad team into a good team is a better coach then a coach with a stacked team. Van Gundy can make Vince into one of the most elite guards in the league again, i think that would be very satisfying to do that also. The Raps are only a poor team when there superstar is gone. (Shaqless Lakers, Philly without Iverson, Orlando without Tmac)

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> only a few good options if Van Gundy wants to coach next season. Among them are Houston (which may decide to kick Rudy Tomjanovich upstairs) and Cleveland (if it lands LeBron James). Van Gundy has fallen off Toronto's radar, however, because the Raptors are offering only $1.5 million to $1.8 million per season. </div>
    - the star ledger

maybe they diddent offer him directly but maybe thats what theyre willing to offer to any coach

I'mn not sure if its over for the raptors. because as you could see on jbb, there are alot of coaches that are interested in the raps, or the raps are interested in them.

I don't care who the Rockets hire...if they do somethin this year with awesome players they have...maybe I will...they almost made the playoffs but it shouldn't have been close...it should be a done deal thing...#3 or #4 should be their rank
