don't care really...it don't really matter who gets the better deal...they both r up and coming stars
the trade is good for both teams only if gil leaves GS. if he doesn't leave, GS should stay with dunleavy and watch him grow into a star.
good trade for GS, especially since arenas is probly gone, and the form of crawford was awesome at the end of the year, plus cartwright would probly get the best out of dunleavy like he did with curry and chandler. on the other hand, you'd think chicago would probly look at getting someone with more experience, and jay williams still has trade value cos of his natural ability .... either way you'd think either j-will or crawford are likely to be traded
they got jalen rose. i just am not impressed with dunleavy at all. i didn't like him too much when he played for duke either. i would much rather have jay than mike.
i suggest the bulls keep j-will for a year or two to see what happends he might be a superstar come 2005, then he will have nba experience.... you see it already the guy had a triple double against jason kidd as a rookie
its taken crawford 3 seasons to get to this level tho ... look at guards like baron davis, ricky davis, crawford, troy hudson etc - its taken them at least a season or two to become upper level players - i'd be surprised if chicago give up on j will yet
I don't think they will give up on him just yet. Some players are born with that gift, and can take over a team in their rookie season, some aren't. They will probably keep him, and give him two years max, to see if he will develop a little. I don't like this trade idea.
