What a sweet sweep, Double OT to. I didn't expect the Nets to sweep the series I was thinking Nets in 6. But I'll take it because they are my 2nd favourite team. Boston needed a PG and Antoine Walker(full credit to KMart though) in that series to have a chance. Now we wait to see if NJ will face Philly or Detroit. I'll have to say Detroit.

I think it should be Philly (only because I like the 6ers better)--but Detroit have possibilities of winning...

i think the pistons are going to emerge from the series. they figured out how to stop T-Mac and they will eventually make the adjustments to stop AI. both the magic and 76ers rely on one offensive player, and when you play a tough defense like the pistons one player is not enough. i think corliss williamson is going to have a big game, he's due.

teh fuck do you care. youre a bucks fan. youre all so lucky the nets won so youcan look soooooooooooo damn smart. eric williams hits that ONE free throw at the end of regulation and game over. celtics win and the NBAs greatest franchise has only been swept twice in its history. I hope you choke!

the celtics missed a bunch of FT's down the stretch, even pierce missed a crucial one. i think the turnover walker had near the end of the 4th quarter really put the nets back in the game. eric williams missed a lot of easy shots at the end and also choked on his FT's. celtics will definately be in the market for a PG. i wouldn't be surprised if walker is traded in the off-season. 2 years straight he has stunk it up in the post-season.

its more like a half year straight. He was great in the postseason last year and was fabulous in the New Jersey Series. THe only point guard i think the celts would be interested in is Jason Kidd. I dont think they could find anyone else avaible whos better than JR Bremer will be and yes the Celtics choked this game away. As soon as they took the 8 point lead I turned to my buddy and said. the nets are going to go on an 8-0 run and win it effortlessy. he didnt believe me but it happened. it says somehting about how little you have to try when your leading scorer in overtime is kenyon martin. they can all burn in a horrible fire in front of their children as far as im concerned, I jsut wan this nightmare to end

well maybe paul pierce can return to his LA roots and join the Lakers and win alongside Shaq and Kobe. I know he loves the blondes and Arnie Morton's here in LA.

must be tough being a boston fan, the celtics and redsox are infamous for choking in the post season lately. i guess it could be worse, you could be a fan of feline teams, bengals, tigers, panthers, and lions.

and remember these 4 reassuring words..."there's always next year."

If Pierce went to LA I seriuosly dont know what Id do. Something unimaginable. Its bad enough he fucks things up for the celtics but if he was helping the enemy I would absolutley snap. If I were a religous man, I would say somewhere along the lines somebody in Boston performed some incredible iniquitous sin and God felt that millions of northeasterners must pay for it forever. It wasn't enough that the red sox had to be cursed. Len Bias, Reggie Lewis, (almost Paul Pierce), truly the celtics are cursed as well...and dont ge me started on the Bruins. Well never move though or root for another team. Say what you want about boston sports fans but were some of the toughest in the world. Whenver a Boston team blows a game they should never have had a chance to lose, their will still be plenty of fans pulling their hair out, jumping off bridges and spending their hard earned cash on next years tickets. Cant wait to see what kind of ultimate humiliation and dissapointment we go through next year
