i think that not having chick is the reason we lost =P damn that guy was the man...LA misses him...but i also think that it was a good thing for Kobe and the Lakers to lose...they lost the hunger because they were on top for so long...either way it'll be interesting for me to watch the Lakers transition to Kobe's team over the next couple of years and see what they can do from there...glad PJ says that he wants to stay...i know he doesnt want to go out on a losing note...

i don't know why everyone is saying END of a dynasty. if the Lakers make some offseason moves and win another championship i think it still belongs with the current dynasty. the streak is over, but until shaq & kobe are not teammates i think the dynasty title should still be intact. just like when jordan retired and came back to win more titles with the bulls. i consider all those championships as part of the bulls dynasty.

as long as PJ comes back Shaq will come back too. It will be interesting to see if Kobe ends up with the Grizzlies or some other team to try and lead to glory and prove hes his own man

yes but if the spurs win a title now and then sign jermaine or kidd they will win at least one or two more. you cant have two dynastys going at the same time so I can se people argueing that this is the end of the laker dynasty. and don't forget the Kings will win at least one somewhere down the line and eventually it will be Yao and Francis' turn. and then it will be PAUL PIERCE starting the next CELTICS DYNASTY!!!!

That was a great game to watch in my household, my whole family are Laker fans, and I laughed and gave them a hard time when they lost. You all are saying that San Antonio might win a couple in the few years to come. I disagree, I say two more at the most (including this one). As for Jason coming to San Antonio, I don't think so. He has said numerous times that he is comfortable in New Jersey, and wants to see his guys develop some more so they can take one for themselves. Also that would mean the end of PArker's great run, he would probably be the 6th man in the season's to come, but I see him being greater than Jason once he develops some more. He is only in his second year, (I think?) and has done some amazing things. As for Jermaine, I don't know, could be possible with all the room they will have with David retiring.

P.S. How bad was the Sixers loss two nights ago, I punched a hole in my wall.

you don't know how happy i was after this. if you looked at my predictions, i picked this 8) , i seriously did 8) , if the mavs win today, i think they could beat the spurs, they just have way more good players than the lakers, who only have 2. spurs are good, but i think the mavs are gonna win it all now. WAY TO DETHRONE THE CHAMPS SPURS!!!!!!!!!! i doubt they will even try to get j kidd, with how parker played this series.

not trying to take anything away from parker but almost any PG can look good playing against Derek Fisher
