Martin and jefferson are damn good rising players..jefferson has learned to create his own shot better...he was just a dunker and slasher last year..this season he can attack, hit the jumper,rebound...same as martin...K-mart will be an allstar next season...i'm amazed how much he has improved..he was one of the reasons why nets got passed us so easily

Comments like that make you look stupid....they are no way near overrated..i would actually say RJ is underrated...doesn't get enough credit on how good he is this early in his career

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "knicks235":</div><div class="quote_post"><div class="quote_poster">Quoting "olskoolFunktitude":</div><div class="quote_post">thats a fact. WATCH THE GAMES kid!! Rose, GInobli, Parker, Jackson, Bowen ALL more fundamentally sound than rjef and kmart</div>

rose.... uh uh nothing this series ginobilli - scared to be in the finals i saw that yesterday parker yea but kidd guarding him ...no LoL@jackson he was good for the postseason but playing his former team sure he will have somthing to proove but he wont bown good defender but rj to good for him you just stared the matchups that the nets have an advantage in.... good defense on your part... now if you want a good defense on your part then say "duncan will have an advantage over kmart due to hight and experiense"</div>

Have you seen Malik Rose's post moves?! They have to be the most fundamentally sound post moves. Right next to Timmy. Kmart has NO reliable post moves. Nothing that he can continually go to every game.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "knicks235":</div><div class="quote_post"><div class="quote_poster">Quoting "allnet":</div><div class="quote_post">If they get justa decent PG..they will likely still make the playoffs even without kidd..but i highly doubt he will leave...so there is no point talking about that</div>

do you know how much money will be in the net cap after kidd signs what looks to be like the maximum contract? kidd and duncan in sa but coulent it be kidd and duncan in nj?just a ponder</div>

timmy's not leaving san antonio. he doesn't need jason kidd to win a championship. kidd might need him to win one though. so there'd be no point in timmy leaving SA.

this is what pisses me off...how can you overrate a 3rd year player and a seccond?! they are both right on track for success in the leauge you gotta just let them develope then you can judge them however you want

How so? he has been a 20 and 10 player in these playoffs..he is a great defender..many thought he should of made it this year...i always used to hate martin and thought he was just a dunker..but after seeing him this season..he has proved me wrong...he just straight dominated our team.

So true...you can't say any player is overrated when they are only a few years into the league..ok if they have been in 10 years and yet to do anything..then you might have a point..but there are very young...and will improve

Kenyon cannot dominate anyone. hes a fair defenseive player but he never gets in anyones heads. its usually vice versa as hes soft mentally. hes played over his head on offesne these playoffs. ive whatched kmart since he was in college. i was shocked he was takne number one and everyday he proves me right that he is a bust for a number one pick. a number one pick is supposed to be among the best of his generation. kmart isnt even the best on his team

JKidd dominated you lets be fair. Kmart could have not played in that series and the nets still would have won. if kidd hadnt played youre pistons might have swept them

Actually kidd wasn't on his game most of the series...wasn't til game 4 where he had a great game..martin was the player who stood out more.

well on the offensive side of the ball kidd does make k-mart look great. but i have to admit k-mart played like a beast on defense. he intimidated the pistons and brought a lot of energy to his team. and eventhough kidd sets you up with great passes and open looks you still have to make it. if the lakers had a player who could make a damn open basket they would be in the finals. k-mart has definately improved from a year ago, but i do agree he gets too much credit for what he actually does. i give the credit to byron scott and kidd for developing the right offense to maximize the talent on their team.

kidd doesnt need to be on his game to play well. he could play blindfolded, and would do a better job than most point guards

sorry to jump in all of a sudden but just because Kidd helps K-Mart doesn't mean he won't be good....Kenyon didn't have Kidd to win at Cincy...hell Kidd doesn't get Martin the ball half the time when I see him....

Have you WATCHED Kmart try to create his own sh*t on offense? its like whatching an ostrich trying to do the electric slide. he might accidently step on the right spot now and again, but everyone knows he aint doin that dance right unless someone guides him with their hands and makes him.
