This "Ping Pong Ceremony" should be an exciting one. I never liked those percentages though. Here is a look at how many ping pong balls that each team has - Cleveland - 225 balls (22.5%) Denver - 225 balls (22.5%) Toronto - 157 balls (15.7%) Miami Heat - 120 balls (12%) Los Angeles Clippers - 89 balls (8.9%) Memphis (Det) - 64 balls (6.4%) Chicago - 44 balls (4.4%) Atlanta (Mil) - 29 balls (2.9%) New York - 15 balls (1.5%) Washington - 14 balls (1.4%) Golden State - 7 balls (.7%) Seattle - 6 balls (.6%) Memphis - 5 balls (.5%)
I read your article and it has more info to back up the prediction than mine but..... The Rockets started a trend last year that could become huge in coming years. The Houston rockets sent their Star player, Steve Francis, to be the represtentive at the "Ping Pong Ceremony". the rockets would get he first pick in the draft, we later found out that the pick was used for yao ming. This year the Toronto Raptors have decided that they should send there Star player in Vince Carter. My Prediction is that with a 15.7% the Toronto Raptors will get the First pick in the draft which will later be used on Lebron James
I can't wait to see how high a pick we get..i think nuggets will get the 1st pick..but i wouldn't be surprised to see james go to knicks and they get the 1st pick...as the NBA want to make money off him and what better way to do it than new york and playing at MSG

I wont be able to watch it I will be gone. Goin to hang out with tons of friends. But I will get all the info when I come back.
I think whoever gets the number one or number two pick will get a star in the making. I would rather have Carmelo but that is just me.
I think carmelo anthony is good for a team that wants to win now. I think he is more ready to help his team do that. Lebron James on the other hand is probably a 2-3 years down the road. But i do think that a team willing to wait a while on James will be getting the better player
i think the grizzlies are going to get the #1 pick and pistons won't have a lotto pick this year 8) . i loved shape's article, it was very nice.
I have to tape it since I have a baseball game tonight... I think the top 3 picks will go to.... 1. Denver 2. Cleveland 3. Toronto
It's Good that the lottery is on before our game 3 in NJ..i will care more about the draft and what pick we get than the game LOL
i care more about the draft as well. the pistons vs. nets games are too boring to watch. they keep putting me to sleep.
this is my team and i'm still more interested in the draft.the games in this series havn't been boring..both have been very close... 2 points..don't know how that is boring.
their style of play is boring. they have gone on 6 minute stretches with no score. the games are close, that's why i only want to watch the 4th quarter.
hmmm...I'm hoping Nets will sweep Pistons...can't wait until the draft picks...I wish that the Sonics had better chances, but oh well...that's the way it rolls...
