Trust me i wouldn't be saying this if i didn't think this was true...anyone who knows me or talks to me on AIM will tell you i hate artest more than anyone..but i know he is a damn good player...and would make any team better with the way he can shut guys down.

The 4th pick guy is a tough decision to move...but artest with carter would be a good duo...artest can score and is a great defender....if raps pick bosh he might take at least 2 years to produce..who knows with artest you know what you are going to get..maybe it would be wise for pacers to add in another player like ron mercer or a jeff foster....in the trade
Actually Artest's and Peterson's offensive numbers are pretty similar I thin kArtest average like 1 more point and one more rebound then Peterson the difference between them is obviously the hustle and defense which Artest provides.
I'm pretty sure artest scoring would go up at raptors...artest is on a team that has loads of offensive weapons..they have JO,miller,B.miller,harrington,mercer so it was hard for him to score that much on that team which is loaded with talent..as the 2nd option he would get more PPG.
