C'mon guys, this doesn't have to be this difficult. Let's vote and see where it gets us. Polls close in 2 weeks from today.

I voted for random, but I really don't care how it turns out. I don't like the option of putting all fans of a team in the same division, but I wouldn't quit over it.

Ultimately I just want everyone to be happy (including Chip). If you guys think drawing randomly is more fun, then so be it... I think we should go on vote though. Once you cast your vote, I think you should post that you've voted. You don't have to say what for, just that you voted. That way we can track the votes.

Yet another idea stemming off the "random" type of seeding:

First separate each of the 8 playoff teams from last season into their own divisions. Then, randomly fill in the rest. This works because we will have exactly 8 divisions. As long as we agree that 8 is the magic number for playoff teams, we could repeat this process every season. It also depends on those 8 people will be playing in our FFL every year. Is this even possible given software limitations?

I'll be the 'trroublemaker' here. I vote for real Geography. I'll even break it down.

As I said; ROTR, Chip, TD, & Myself would probably be one division. Nothing would satisfy me more than sticking it to 3 people living in Cali.

I voted for the Geog too....as far as I can tell, a division with me, BF1, and BucsEtrain+the closest other poster from the SE would make up the NFC or AFC South...

I thought the Bucs40 lives in Michigan. Gogobroncos lives in Indy, doesn't he? That's AFC South territory, I suppose.

i voted other, but not because i have a suggestion...it doesn't matter to me...if we do decide to go by geographic area, i am in the southeast...as for putting the playoff contenders in different divisions, i don't think it would work in the long run...wouldn't we want to have the same people in our divisions each season in order to develop rivalries year after year in the league????

The line was from Batman and I don't "swing" that way. It takes a sick, sick mind to even think that.

In this draft, are we going to have individual players per team or are we going to have the same players drafted on various teams.

I voted for other. I think having fans of teams that are in the same division as the real NFL teams would be the shit. I would love to kick some Giants and Cowboys and Redskins fans asses. If not, then Random works for me too.
