Here we go. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">It's no secret the Raptors have long coveted Rasheed Wallace and why not? The guy would be a perennial all-star in the East and is precisely what Toronto needs. The No.4 pick and a couple of players (Jerome Williams, Antonio Davis) should be the first offer and Grunwald just might pursue this one seriously, even if he has to take back another contract in return.</div> To Portland: -Jerome Williams -Antonio Davis -4th pick (potentially Chris Bosh) To Toronto Rasheed Wallace Toronto Raptors line up PG Alvin Williams/Rafer Alston SG Vince Carter/Morris Peterson/Chris Jefferies SF Lamond Murray/Morris Peterson/Chris Jefferies/Mo Peterson PF Rasheed Wallace/Michael Bradley/Maceo Baston C Mamadou N'Diaye/Free Agent Even with this trade we are still weak at the Center position. So I dont really like this trade all to well. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Or how about Washington? It's no secret that coach Doug Collins isn't enamoured of former No.1 pick Brown, but if Collins doesn't survive ? and that's a good bet ? maybe the new guy sees something salvageable in Brown. No.4 and Jerome Williams, with the expiring contract of Lindsey Hunter thrown in, would make a good first offer for Brown.</div> To Washington: -Jerome Williams -4th pick (potentially Chris Bosh) To Toronto: -Kwame Brown -38th pick (potentially Kendrick Perkins) Toronto Raptors line up PG Alvin Williams/Rafer Alston SG Vince Carter/Morris Peterson/Chris Jefferies SF Lamond Murray/Morris Peterson/Chris Jefferies PF Kwame Brown/Antonio Davis/38th C Antonio Davis/53rd (Baby Shaq)/Kwame Brown This trade is pretty good except for the fact that Antonio Davis is still at the center position. If we draft Kendrick Perkins then he can go at Center and AD can go back at PF. Why Toronto Would do this? To get a player with loads of potential (Kwame Brown) and to try to get Baby Shaq. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Abdur-Rahim doesn't fit in Toronto with Davis, but Ratliff does, as he would have when Toronto inquired about him in February. The No.4 pick is way too much to pay for Ratliff and Atlanta's No.21 selection, but Jerome Williams and Hunter and his expiring contract would work.</div> To Atlanta: -Jerome Williams -Linsey Hunter (expiring this season) -4th pick To Toronto: -Theo Ratliff -21st pick (potentially Anderson Vajaro) Toronto Raptors line up PG Alvin Williams/Rafer Alston SG Vince Carter/Morris Peterson/Chris Jefferies SF Lamond Murray/Morris Peterson/Chris Jefferies PF Antonio Davis/Michael Bradley/53rd pick C Theo Ratliff/Antonio Davis/Michael Bradley/53rd pick Why Toronto would do this? Getting a much needed center like Theo Ratliff woulde be great bonus. Also, a pick like 21st would be great for this years strong depth draft.
Heres a link to some posibilities that Glen might work with. http://www.waymoresports.com/NASApp/cs/Con...Raptors/Raptors
waymoresports is probably the best source for Canadian sports on the internet so I would believe them.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "Dr. Funk":</div><div class="quote_post">I already posted the good parts in quotes. No need for that Franchise3.</div> Ya, but if someone wanted a real source or more information, its there.
Here is my favorite Trade with portland davis,4th pick, murray,JYD ,montross for wallace and wells plus there first round pick. It would be a great trade because woods will be better than peterson maybe rasheed is amazing with him and carter we will make the playoffs for sure with rasheed making 18 mil, hunter 3 mil+ and hakeem 6 mil +. Then resign rasheed for 8 mil per season we would have a lot of money and magloire becomes a free agent. c-Wallace/? F A pf-Bradley/Portlands pick(collison, west, beasley, cook) sf-Vc/Peterson/Jeffries sg-Wells/Peterson/Jeffries pg-Williams/Alston

Portland trades: SF Ruben Patterson (8.3 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 1.3 apg in 21.2 minutes) PF Rasheed Wallace (18.1 ppg, 7.4 rpg, 2.1 apg in 36.3 minutes) Portland receives: PF Jerome Williams (9.7 ppg, 9.2 rpg, 1.3 apg in 33.0 minutes) PF Lamond Murray (9.7 ppg, 9.2 rpg, 1.3 apg in 33.0 minutes) PF Antonio Davis (13.9 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 2.5 apg in 35.7 minutes) Change in team outlook: -2.8 ppg, +6.7 rpg, and +0.4 apg. Toronto trades: PF Jerome Williams (9.7 ppg, 9.2 rpg, 1.3 apg in 33.0 minutes) PF Lamond Murray (9.7 ppg, 9.2 rpg, 1.3 apg in 33.0 minutes) PF Antonio Davis (13.9 ppg, 8.3 rpg, 2.5 apg in 35.7 minutes) Toronto receives: SF Ruben Patterson (8.3 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 1.3 apg in 78 games) PF Rasheed Wallace (18.1 ppg, 7.4 rpg, 2.1 apg in 74 games) Change in team outlook: +2.8 ppg, -6.7 rpg, and -0.4 apg. TRADE ACCEPTED Plus portland gets 4th pick, we get 23 pick.
lol criminals.... sheed is a good player and would be great to have (if he stopped being a criminal) lol, if Ruben Patterson was changed to Zach Randolf I would like the trade a little better, but It's still a good deal, only because portland wants to get rid of wallace.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "go_duke21":</div><div class="quote_post">i will not cheer for the raptors if a trade like that ever happened, im not a big fan of criminals</div> I think I agree with you on that one. Sheed isnt a good inside presence and we need a big guy inside, sheed has too much of a perimeter game
I know, we dont need some more 3 point shooting, we are one of the two teams (I believe) that are on a run of consistant games with atleast 1 3pointer in a game.
patterson is a great perimeter defender he is a headcase but he is still a good player. Then sign a defensive center.
