Vince Carter should be a Small Forward!

    I think vince should play small forward again. He would have an easyer time defending sf's than sg's. I say we trade Alvin for Ricky. Draft Ford and sign claxton. Trade Peterson for a big man (haywood,foyle,magloire, some player like that. Then vince would start at small forward! With ford and speedy running the show the team would be exiting to watch with ford and speedy throwing alley oops to vc,ricky,jyd. It works for new jersey.

    c (traded player for peterson) /Bradley
    pf Davis/JYD
    sf <u>CARTER</u> /Murray
    sg Ricky /Jeffries
    pg Ford and claxton

    as much as i want my suns to get claxton he will resign after his brilliant play in the finals. i dont think he is going anywhere.

    no arguements here...if you didn't tell me he was a SG...I'd think he was a natural SF...

    He is an SG. That was very unrealistic what you said. The chances are very small that all 3 of those transaction would happen.

    Vince played SF for a whole year, but I can't remember when. I still want him at SG though.

    He was a SF in 98-99, 99-00. He did pretty good then, he was more agressive.

    it works for new jersey because they have the best point guard in the league, it would not work for TO, Vince will continue to play SG and NOT SF.....and speedy would be a fool to sign with TO when he could re-sign with the spurs

    Do you expect all of the rookies to do that? Carmelo did that, and hes better then Ford but it doesnt mean that he will make Denver into a playoff team again. juan dixon wouldnt be able to make the wiz into playoff

    y the hell would they want to do that. ricky is a future all-star, while alvin is an overpaid pg? and they have dajuan wagner ot play pg for them.

    i did nt say they were as good but there good get runing like they do. Juan had players on his team like wilcox,baxter who does ford have? ford is alot better hes a true point guard.Juan is nt. Vince would be more effective playing small forward I think.
