    I didnt want to put this in other sports because it certainly involve basketball if u want but it can be any of the four major sports. Whats your favorite memory? something greatr that happened to your team that u remeber were u were when happened and remeber what u were doing or remember how it was if u were their to see it. remember this has to be something that not only happened while you were alive but old enough that u had some kind of significant visual or sensual memory of the event. Im hoping to hear some older ones but i dont suppose theres many folks here over 30

    being at the world series game when kirk gibson hit the game winning home run to beat oakland.

    i went to the Raps season opener this year and saw MJ play, it was my first time seeing him so that was cool, other than that i really dont got many memories

    I was at the last game ever played in Market Square Arena.

    I am upsessed with Reggie Miller, I went to the Pacers at Pistons game and had floor seats and he noticed me. He sent this guy over and he said: "Mr. Miller thanks you for your attendance and wishes you to keep cheering for the Pacers." Then after the game he took off his shoes and pointed at me, but then his guy got tackled and the shoes were taken away...

    the Bulls last championship. I better remember it, we're not gonna get another one for a while. I was watching it at home. My dad said he was kinda happy Jordan was "retired" because then there wouldn't be any more of those super nerve-wracking situations.

    I think the front runner is just a few years ago whathcing the Patriots win the superbowl. one of the msot exiting superbowls ever and it was my favorite football team and I whatched it with my headmaster who was from st. louis. i never thought the cars outside would start beaping

    none off my teams have won anything recently cept dbacks but im not that big of fan but i do watch occosionally (sp)

    it doesnt have to be a championship game. it can be any great exiting win from your youth or childhood or adulthood. it can be a loss that because of the situation you were in at the time is a very fond memory. I want to hear some good storys here. Ill go into detail about some of my favorites later

    getting floor seats when the raptors played the nets. toronto crushed the nets by like 30 pts and we got over 101 points so every1 in the stands got a free pizza slice :mrgreen:
    the raptors mascot also threw out a raptors keychain of a little shoe for me. that was cool.
    but the main reasons y this was sucha great memory was becausei got floor seats and bcuz the raptors won!

    When the Sixers went to the NBA Finals a couple of years ago, I was so excited. I was speechless after we won the first game, it was one of the best feelings ever.

    Oh, the Sixers going to the finals was the best. After that first game, I knew the Lakers were going to come back better, and they did.

    all those memories are the best, their unbeatable

    but if i had to pick like a current one i would say carter when he slammed dunked over that 7' guy...

    that was the coolest thing ever!!!!
