Is how all of these sports writers are so quick to call Kwame a bust!! First off MJ ruined the wizards young talent.. i thought he came into develop the guys not crticize them.. I dont really have the time to compare kwames stats to Jermaines.. But it seemed like he turned out alright..?? JO didnt average double figures i think til his 5th year Honestly i think kwame will end up being better than amare.. Amare showed no moves or no real skill .. just great athleticism Kwame averaged 7 points and 5 boards in only 22 minutes.. thats not bad at all for a second year player ( he also had 2 months where he averaged 16 points a game and a month where he averaged 10..) when hes gotten the time hes produced points.. I think next year 12 - 15 pts and 8 boards will be the min. he'll get.. Its just a shame people are bein so quick to judge the kid
i agree, let the kid play. u can't judge him if he doesn't play. give the kid 30+ min this year, and then if he doesn't produce then u can start calling him a bust.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "allnet":</div><div class="quote_post">He also cryed...</div> ye i heard jordan reduced him to tears, along with jordan playing a big part in trading rip for a personal reason
Why do you only start posts and never respond to them... just a thought... Jermaine didnt get time because everyone on his team was proven and they were a legit contender for the title... Kwame is a on a "team" that is so flawed i dont know where to begin
i guess your talkin to me?? I agree that JO was on a team with contenders and he didnt get much time.. but werent the blazers contenders this year.. and it seemed like they made time for randolph I was just sayin u cant judge a hs kid until his 4th year If anyone is a bust its dmiles.. his game has gotten worst .. which is unheard of for hs guys

Randolph got time because nothing was workin for them... they couldnt buy a game from the Mavs so they went with somethin different and it worked... but when Jermaine was with the crew he has a good Sabonis and a good Dale Davis playin in front of him and now Sabonis can only go so long without dieing and Dale Davis to me just isnt the same... the Blazers before beatin by the Lakers were much better than the blazers of now...

being 1st pick in the draft and not coming into the NBA ready to play is why people think he's a bust. yea, he'll develope, but 1st picks are supposed to be ready for the NBA. he wasn't, so Jordan gave him less playing time.

jordan ruined the wizards young talent? are you kidding? if kwame isn't motivated or inspired by jordan to work hard and lay it all out on the court every single game, then he does not belong in the league. he's a prima donna surrounded by a bunch of "Yes" men and his ego was put in check. the nba is a league for men, not boys, and he should have went to college because he's obviously not ready for criticism and contributing. jordan did not hold back any of the young players, they held themselves back. jordan is there to win NOW and he put the best players on the court, not the players who will be good in 2 or 3 years. will kwame be good, absolutely, he just needs time. but to blame jordan for his struggles is b.s. jordan is a proven winner and the greatest of all time. he has gotten the most out of role players during his championship season by constantly putting pressure on them to perform. he gives 110% and he demands it back, and if you are not giving it to him and are struggling you deserve his wrath. during the bulls championship years the role players practiced extremely hard because they were all terrified to fail jordan.

Amare was impressive in his rookie season... and the bad news for the other teams is he will continue to improve... But Kwame.. I don't know... he's got potential, but is he strong enough mentally to overcome all the troubles he's had... don't think so...
