IF HE STAYS HE WILL BE MOVED TO SG AND FREE AGENT STEPHEN JACKSON WILL PROBABLY GO TO THE SUNS. IN THE EVENT THAT TONY ASKS TO BE TRADED (WHICH I THINK IS BEST) MEANWHILE, WHILE TRYING TO GET YOUNGER THE SONICS WILL TRADE 31 YEAR OLD BRENT BARRY FOR PARKER. SINCE THE LAKERS WILL SIGN GARY PAYTON, THE SPURS SMARTEST MOVE WOULD BE TO SIGN J KIDD, SINCE STEPHEN JACKSON WILL GO TO THE SUNS, THE SPURS WILL NEED A SHOOTING GUARD...THATS WHEN THEY WILL TRADE PARKER FOR BARRY?!?!?! Danny Ferry doesn't count because he doesn't play like a big man and Kevin Willis just doesn't play all that much
if the spurs end up signing Kidd, i think that'd be the best way to go. they could just sign Miller for a year and try and get Brand next season. Miller is capable of putting up the same numbers The Admiral did this season.. that's all the Spurs need. With Kidd, he could do even more

I think the Spurs are higher on Nesterovic, they might get him without having to deal Parker. Tony Parker better learn to check his ego too. He didn't beat Jason Kidd and the Nets, Tim Duncan did and if he's too caught up with himself to realize that adding Kidd to the NBA championship winning team is a good thing- then they just might trade his butt and he'll cost himself a shot at another title. If they sign Kidd, there biggest need will be at SG- which makes Parker easy to deal, he's cheap and there is a plethora of talent at SG, especially when compared to young, talented points. I don't know what he's worried about, all Kidd will do is make Parker look good by giving him a couple of wide-open looks per game. Why anyone wouldn't want Kidd on their team is beyond me. Why Parker would let his ego keep him from enjoying a dedicated winner like Jason Kidd as a teammate is just unfathomable.

They should try Parker and 2005 first round pic for Rip Hamilton. I don't know if it will work or not.If it doesn't then sign Kidd and Kandi(if the Lakers who are over the cap can get GP and the Mailman surely the Spurs could get them two).
