KG wants Eddie Jones... bad I hear... but Minnesota is reluctant to trade Brandon for him since that will give Miami the cap to get KG next season

Yah, that's why I wouldn't trade with them, plus Jones is old and injury prone. I say go for a younger guy, similar to Jones.

the twolves look great on paper with their new lineup. however with all this talent, the ball will be out of kg's hands a lot more. do you think it's good or bad for kg to handle the ball less in favor of cassell, spree, or wally?

i see this as a potential problem for the lakers, too. hopefully malone & payton just fill their role and don't try to over do it.

but for the twolves their team has circulated from the all around play of kg. all of a sudden he is no longer the only playmaker on the team and it will be interesting to see how everyone adjusts and how he plays in a lesser role.

how effective will kg be with less opportunities?

I think everyone understands their role here. So I don't find that to much of a concern.

ASG 2003, USA Basketball team, ASG 2001... KG was starting and still got All Star numbers... hes still the #1 option, Wally def knows that, Spree will probably accept that and Cassell is smart enough its now on KG... he is the one who now is going to bring them as far as they really can go... he has the cast now (lacks a lil on the bench) but there should be no excuses about "lack of help" this year... KG will get his numbers... and we will be lookin at the 2nd round and beyond this year..

KG is one of the most unselfish players in the league..he will love the chance not having to do everything by himself all the time..He is not like kobe, shaq or mcgrady where he needs 25 shots a night...

Who do you think the Timberwolves should sign? Here's my wish(but possible) list:

    Derrick Coleman
    Jumaine Jones
    Tyrone Hill
    DeMarr Johnson
    Kendall Gill
    Felipe Lopez
Mike Wilks(He is restricted, but we should offer him a 2 year contract)
    Gary Trent

Any one of these guys would be a nice addition to our team and hopefully McHale could get at least 4 of these guys.
