wow. griz boards are pretty active these days for a last place team. nnot that i think theyll be close to last place this year but
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "shapecity":</div><div class="quote_post">i still stand by the trade. the grizzlies are in need of another star forward. jason williams doesn't really fit what west is trying to build and drafting 2 guards is a strong indication the grizzlies are going to dangle williams. swift is decent, but with lo wright and gasol there really isn't much need for him and they are likely to lose him to free agency anyways. gasol can be switched to PF and jamison to SF that really doesn't matter. gasol might even be able to play some center if he bulks up and gets more aggressive. as for mike miller he could be their 6th man backing up jamison and either battier, jones, person or demarr could play the SG spot. i think jamison would thrive in memphis's offense and he gives them a consistent 2nd scoring option.</div>Thank you for supporting your reasons. You made some very good points, but I just don't see it working out for the Grizzlies. We can both have our own opinions though, that is okay, but the thing that everyone needs to realize is that these trades that people make up may work capwise and they may make sense, but unless someone has reliable sources the trades aren't going to happen.
