Here is my argument, Lions have finished in last place every year since millen took over, and during that period that period they did not win a road game. The only way a team does not win a road game in three years is if they get lost on way to game a forfiet them all. So the only possible conclusions is the lions franchise is so inept that they cant find way to thier road games, and that is BAD. Also, judging by record at home over last 3 years they may have had some trouble getting to some home games.
Actually millen doesnt coach the detroit lions, and in them years detroit has sucked it was marty morninwig and before him it was bobby ross. Tho last season was marruchis first year he took over junk. Detroit's d line was one of the solid d lines last year and free agency aquisitions they are strong on the secondary. Drafting teddy lehman who was the fastest linebacker in the country coming out of college is pretty impressive playing along side boss bailey. Lehman compared to the great chris spielman for his vision and the speed of urlacher will scare nfc north teams. I thik detroit ends the road streak in chicago as chicago will be the first team to find out the lions are very fast on offense and defense. Wanna wager bears?
I did not say millen coached the lion bucs. So to have you say the lions are good does not put a lot doubt in my mind since you could not even accurately read my post. I stated since millen took over the lions, which he did he is the president i believe, they have not won anything on the road, which has been three years. So if you would like to restate your post in a manner that is actually related to mine then i will consider your wager
Actually if you wanna stick with the original post of who's the worst team in the nfl, then i know you are smart enough to say someone else fits that bill. We all know detroit is far from being the worst team in the nfl, bears cmon. I know they are a divison rival and all but lets be realistic. Saying one team is bad based on their road record is a terrible assesment, specially when it was last year and the team has greatly improved there team in the offseason and in the draft. Wanna Wager on 2 things bears? 1. lions win a road game this year, UNDER MATT MILLEN AS THEIR GM. 2. lions win in chicago Bottom line detroit is not the worst the team in the nfl. Atleast have a better reason why detroit is the worst team other then the last previous 3 years road record.

I think the Lions are a team on the rise and will beat Chicago in their opener and break the road curse. Detroit will be a better team this year and Chicago is implementing new philosophies on both sides of the ball. I do, however think your accessment of the last 3 years of road games was valid. I just think they will be better this year.

lions arent that bad of a team they have a young QB, now they have two stud wr's. also they got jones as a rb. They have a bright future. As for their defence. Bly is thier best player but i think they lions will surprise u bearsfan. They've also got a good coach.
