    i dont believe that he stuck behind her the whole time his dad had a problem wit the marriage i think she would stick behind him he is innocent unless summin breakin just happened....he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, he is a millionaire so the girl tried to take advantage of him

    She kicked him out b/c he raped someone else. (and for you ppl who think hes innocent why did he turn himself in? And why was he seen flirting with her when hes married and shouldnt have even been flirting in the first place. Plus she was seen very upset and why would she ASK for rape?) :|

    who the hell said he raped ne one? he hasnt even been proven guilty...and she claimed he only touched her not RAPE get ur facts right before u run ya moutn

    he turned himself in because he didn't want to create suspicion by not turning himself in. he had a warrant issued and i'm sure his lawyer advised him to cooperate.

    it's hard to say whether he was flirting or not, some people mistake being nice as being flirtateous, so we really don't know what was said.

    when all the details come out, then we can comment. but until then it's all speculation. but things aren't looking too good for kobe right now.
