is your fav team NOT your local team? i dont get this...some people here in toronto have the spurs or the lakers as their fav team. shouldnt you support your home team? how could you cheer against your home team? is it wrong to hate your local team?
there are lakers fans everywhere. there is probably a laker fan in alaska right now shoveling snow with a GP jersey on.

The Chicago Bulls are my favorite team. The closest team to me is the Hawks, and I never cheered for them. I guess you should cheer for your home team, just to show appreciation. I cheer for the Sixers, even though they are a couple of hundred miles away from me.
ive liked the spurs since '98, when sean elliot hit that amazing fade away shot...ive liked them since then...but since i live in TO, i like the raptors as well.

my fav team is local. i'll always go for the magic. in football i like the redskins, (cause they were my parents local team) and bucs since they are my local team. i hate the dolphins though. in baseball i cheer for the braves, who are kinda local, but i also like the devil rays as my 3rd fav team.
in football i LOVE the DENVER BRONCOS! by the way they are going to win the Super Bowl this year...i also like the falcons bcuz of vick and the eagles bcuz of mcnabb...i also love the Toronto Argonauts (CFL) and in baseball the blue jays

I really only watch basketball, I despise football and baseball. Hockey isn't that great, the other sport I like is soccer but MLS sucks and I don't want to pay a whole lot of money for international channels. But I have rooted for AC Milan and Juventus as long as I can remember.
my favorite football team is the Chicago Bears.. yea. they're not gonna get to the superbowl any time soon. then the White Sox
