    This sucks. But anyways, I think we need to realize the term charged and guilty.

    Charged pretty much just means they have enough evidence to take the issue to court. The assume he could be guilty.

    Guilty means he is proven guilty in a court of Law. Kobe is innocent until proven guilty...

    Well since the judge didn't even know who Kobe Bryant was (when he found out Kobe played for the Lakers he thought Kobe was a benchwarmer), we can expect a fair trail.

    Kobe if he is convicted will serve 4 years to life in prison, it was determined that the crime is a class three felony.

    i dun think they would giv him jail time..he can plead to a lesser case though if he wanted but he still would be labeled as a sex offender, he has been accused of rape...tha is sum bullsh!t i see rape as penetration....not touchin....what do u all think he will get
