    i dont blame him either.. kidd just lost to him in the finals, and had the chance to take his job? i'd be a little mad.

    jeez id be pissed too if they were going to take j kidd and put me on the bench..tony was doing a great job.i dont blame him one bit

    eventhough he's pissed, he shouldn't make it public. i think his outburst is a major reason the spurs were not able to get any of the top tier free agents. anytime you get a chance to add an all-star player to your team, you have to jump at the opportunity. parker is still young and has a long career ahead of him. kidd would have been good to have because injuries happen all the time, and having kidd there would pressure parker to constantly improve his game. the other top western teams all have depth at the PG spot, and the spurs are not going to have speedy next year to backup parker.

    the only reason why i wouldve liked to see j kidd join the nets is to see him get out of the eastern conference...that wouldve given the raps a better chance at making the playoffs or getting deep into the playoffs

    ionno what is with you girls thinkin Tony is so arrogant... he helped win the championship for the Spurs as pretty much the 2nd option... and they were so quick to replace him... he has a reason...
