Ahh Im finally having some say so in this.. I saw the live stuff when they said Kobe was being charged... all I have to say is, hes gonna have to answer to God for commiting adultry...as for rape nope homegurl messed her self up, she probably didnt know what she was doing, she probably was drugged up. As for Kobe, blah, you shouldnt of cheated on your wife I lost respect for you on that, where as I do respect his wife for standing by his side even though he commited adultry, now ask your self this how can a drugged person remember what happend on any night if shes all drugged up? like I said before things that make you go hmmmmmmmm.....

i disagree with you there. she's the accuser and could be considered a "victim" so she's entitled to her privacy. notice how they avoid revealing the name of a murder victim, but they'll reveal the name of the murderer? granted, the murderer hasn't been convicted yet (like kobe). i know it's not the best of comparisons, but that's all i could think of
Yea thats such bul. everyone knew people would be doing anything could to exxagerate or makeup details of her life that put her credibilit in question. it wont make much difference in court because they cant prove it. obvioulsy she wsasnt in a mental institution and whats the difference if she was. mental cases and drug atticts get raped too.
http://www.vaildaily.com/apps/pbcs.dll/art.../NEWS/307240101 eh hem...she overdosed twice in 5 months...thats according to information released by the police of the college she used to attend...the same source also said that they couldnt comment on whether or not it was a suicide attempt because it was classified as a 'mental health issue'....that makes a BIG difference in court...especially in a case like this where so much of the evidence will be he said, she said... they can prove it...so you're wrong there...it does make a HUGE difference...yes mental cases and drug ADDICTS (not atticts) get raped as well...but its a lot harder to prove that it was rape because of the credibility of the witness (accuser)...combine that with the witness accounts of the 5 people who claim they saw her at a party 3 days before charges were pressed, acting happy, bragging about the incident, and talkin about the size of Kobe's cock...um yah...the prosecutions case is pretty much shot to hell regardless of physical evidence they may have because everything that is physical evidence can now be inferred as 'planted' or 'framing' of Kobe if the defense can undermine the character of the accuser and show reasonable doubt that there are ulterior motives to her accusations...i'd say this case never even gets to trial
