Doc is talking about this lineup:

    G- Lue
    G- Tmac
    F- Giricek
    F- Howard
    F- Gooden

no true center just 2 guards and 3 fowards

they'll be introuble if they use that lineup. it's small. they're gonna be in trouble when they play any team with more than one big man.

how will the magic be in trouble when we face a big man? Later in the season we will have one of the tallest lineups in the league.

    PG- Gaines 6'6"
    SG- Tmac 6'9"
    SF- Giricek 6'7"
    PF- Gooden 6'10"
    C- Howard 6'9"

    or

    PG- Gaines 6'6"
    SG- Tmac 6'9"
    SF- Howard 6'9"
    PF- Gooden 6'10"
    C- Hunter 7'0"

The lineup may be tall but not strong, Howard and Gooden can not cover legit big men.

thats such bull. barons only been in the league for hour years but hes consistantly scored mlore than billups eccxept in his first year. he could score more but hes a pass first point guard. thats why he alwyas has more assists than billups. baron also dunks mch better than billups and can actually rebound the ball. davis is better

all true, except that they're rebounding is exactly the same along with height, so there's no arguement there. dunking doesn't really have to do with who's better, otherwise we'd think Eddie Robinson is one of the best SF's in the league.

What does how many years he been in the league got to do with anything? who cares how many he scored in his first year in the L..and WOW he can dunk better..big deal i'm a better dunker than billups doesn't mean i'm better...and you mention rebounds..they averaged the same...davis is only clearly better at assists..THATS IT...so you saying baron is better than billups by far..is a load of bull...

Allnet did you see what baron did to the magic in the playoffs 2 years ago? He completly dominated us from game-1 to game-4. Billups is a good player but there is no way you can even compare him to baron.

Baron has skills..and i saw what he did two years ago yes!! but i was argueing the fact olskool said baron is FAR better than billups..when thats clearly not true...not that baron isn't better....it just not a big gap as olskool seems to think

    no

    billups is a better shooter..and 3-point shooter...

    Jumping
    Speed
    Strength

Doesn't matter when comparing a player..only thing baron is clearly better at stats wise is passing....

easy their tough guy [IMG] I never said the gap was so big you put that in their yourself. i just said there isnt much question that baron is better. yes they averaged te same THIS year. Chauncy got a career high. the first time hes ever had more than 3 rebounds a season. baron davis was hurt most of the year and in his last two full seasons he averaged 4.30 and 5.00. my point was youre right the first season doesn tmatter much and barons first season was the only time hes ever scored less than billups. his last two seasons he's scored 17 and 18 points a game. Billups has never scored higher than the 16 a game he had this year and he still doesnt get make the plays and get assists bettr or more consisntantly than baron. baron who's gotten 7, 8, and 6 APG his last three years. chuancey has never had more than the 5.5 he had last year. and barons teammates havent been signifacantly better shooters than billups over the years. i thinik this year the pistons will be better than the hornets but there isnt much of an arguement that billups is better than baron exept maybe with 10 seconds left on the clock

    You sure about that?

    Olskool said yesterday

"baron davis is way better than billups"

thats why i argued my case...as although baron may well be better and had a better career...it is pretty close after this season...i would rather have billups..simple because baron can never stay heathly..and billups has been clutch for us...he fits our team prefectly..baron is damn good..and i hope he can stay healthy next season..and show the skills we know he has

Having big dog on the team will not help at all because hes gonna complain when he doesent get his 20 shots. especially when allen iverson is bricking 20 shots on average.
