Exactly. People jump the gun too much in calling people injury prone. Though since he did have a back injury there is a greater chance that the injury will return.

i didnt mean the gap was that big that quote is bogus. I only meant way better as in clearly better by a fair margin that doesnt leave room for much arguement to the contrary. baron cant stay healthy? [IMG] Barons played in all 82 games every year of his career untill this year. if anything he's been an iron man. Chaunceys the one who's had trouble styaing healthy. in six years Barons only played 80 games twice. in two other years he didnt play more than 45 games. care to try that one again?

For some reason it seemed like he was injuried before.got him mixed up with team-mate jamal mashburn .oh well...he only played 50 games this year..hope he can play more next season..but that back injury seems to have come up more than once since he returned..and could do again

they still have jermaine. nuff said. and toronto in the sixth spot? please. the cavs, bucks, and bulls all have a better chance of making the playoffs. the pacers will be in the playoffs and will contend for a high seed. how much are they really losing with miller and mercer

I changed it to make the Pacers one spot higher and the Raptors as the eigth seed. I think that the Cavs are still going to suck this year. LeBron would have to be a Kobe clone his first year to take that team to the playoffs. Practically 75% of their team is on their summer league roster and they are struggling to win summer league games. The Bucks lost Cassell for almost nothing, they fired George Karl (could only be good if they got Carlisle), and they lost Payton. If they barely made it last year then what makes you think that they will make it this year? They have gone nowhere but down. The Bulls are still young and without J-Will. I don't think that they can make the playoffs. But I might be surprised. Afterall, this IS the East.

barely made it? [IMG] they were the THIRD SEED!! brad miller really wasnt that vital to their success. in any other year in any other conferance brad miller is not an all star. yes. the cavs and bucks will be pretty bad. my point was hteyre still better than the raptors

The Pacers were the fourth seed, if I'm not mistaken, last year. How's that barely making it?

We'll see after we get the 3rd spot in the east and you have to mail letters to us in the second round. Don't worry though, we'll take pictures.

not the same as my predicitons but thats a little better. hey no one really knows whats going to happen. i just think that the bucks arent going to fall quite as far as people think and the raptors are still going to lose a LOT of games especially if they lose carter again. i cant possibly imaginge the wizards finishing ahead of the pacers

the trade didnt help the sixers much bcuz:
    1) glen robinson is a HORRIBLE defensive player.
    2) allen iverson has a history or not being able to play with other scorers (read Van Horn, Larry Hughes, Jerry Stackhouse, etc.)
