Say what? if that statement was true he wouldn't of carried his team to the finals...mcgrady is no great leader....a guy who makes his team-mates better actually leads them somewhere...AI and kidd are the two best at that in the east..both carried their teams to the NBA finals....
pat garrity= 10.7 ppg.no way in hell garrity could have averaged this if there was no tmac mike miller= 16.3 ppg with tmac. no way on gods green earth miller can score this much without tmac. and when AI went to the finals he had a hell of alot better players around him.
Garrity will get those stats anywhere..he is just a shooter....mike miller gets the same in memphis..he just played games which affected his stats AI..made eric snow look good and a top PG...he passed the ball and helped KVH..same with DC....mckie...i could go on..AI makes his team better...and thats not just other player stats it is ACTUALLY LEADING HIS TEAM SOMEWHERE.

I've never said that mcgrady wasn't a great player...i like his game...and is the only single reason i watch some magic games.
