im a fan of mcgrady and I dont like the crap critics talk about him so I have to argue about it............btw tmac isnt even my favorite player
You can't respect anyone's opinion....thats your problem...mcgrady has faults like everyone else...you may not want to believe that but it's true..no one here thinks mcgrady isn't a good or great player...

duncan? what? a couple blocks shy of a quadrouple (sp?) double in the finals? thats hardly UNclutch, hes also won NUFF games with last second heroics...hes def clutch! id have to give reef some more anti props as an unclutch player, and id like to add rip hamilton...carlisle benched him so many games in the dying seconds because of his nit-wittedness
1 of tmac's flaws is that he's not clutch. he misses all the shots that matter, it's starting to get to the point where if we are down by 1 with like 10 sec left and we have the ball, that i turn off the game, because i know tmac will miss it. (i don't turn it off, though) but the reason of that is that noone else can make a shot, so everyone knows that tmac will get the ball, so he's double or triple teamed. with kobe, he at least has someone else to take a little of the pressure off of him, with horry. kobe's a great player in the clutch though, but it's tough to make a shot when your guy is tripled team. hopefully howard will be a guy that would be a threat when the game is on the line and would take pressure off of tmac.
I always thought giricek was a good clutch player. he just didnt play that good in the playoffs. Garrity too
honestly i would rather have those 2 with the ball rather than tmac at the end of the games(final possession with game on the line). they are more clutch than tmac, but still nowhere close to horry(like kobe has). sometimes they make it sometimes they don't. horry always seems to make it.
