Stanley said a dozen teams showed serious interest in signing the free agent Harris, but the guards's top choice was always to return to the Nets. Last season Harris averaged 10.3 points, three rebounds and two assists off the bench for New Jersey, which reached the NBA Finals for the second straight year. The Nets lost in six games to the San Antonio Spurs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Horace Grant re-joins Lakers El Segundo, CA Sports Network) - The Los Angeles Lakers signed free agent forward Horace Grant on Monday. The lawsuit was filed Friday in New York by the Hemofarm Vrsac club and seeks at least $10 million in damages. Milicic, the second overall pick of the June draft, has played for Hemofarm since 2000 and the club says it has the 18-year-old under contract through 2009. Agent Marc Cornstein and Pinnacle Management Corp., a sports representative agency based in New York, are accused of intentionally, knowingly and wrongfully interfering with the contract of the 7-foot-1 Milicic. "The truth of the matter is that Pinnacle and others cavalierly ignore our contracts with Milicic and dismiss out of hand his obligations to our team," said Miodrag Babic, President of Hemofarm Group, in a statement. NBA rules stipulate that teams can draft players under contract with foreign clubs, but cannot pay more than $350,000 to buy out the contract. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Magic to show new uniform The Orlando Magic will unveil a new uniform and logo as the team "tips off" its 15th anniversary season at 10 a.m. Friday outside City Hall. I don't understand the whole Madsen thing. Why would you want someone like him. The only thing he was ever good at was energizing the team. But, now that I think of it, I guess that's pretty usefull.

If he improves his short-range shooting he can be a valuable player for the Wolves
