    I would have to say that Portland gets the best out of that. They get a player just as good if not better than Wallace with Shareef, not too mention, he doesn't have the temper. And also Van Exel, yea, Portland gets best if this happens.

    I think it is fair. You can compare like this if you want....

    Sheed=SAR
    Wells=NVE
    Sabonis(expring 8mil worth alot)+ McInnis=Ratliff

    So I think it is fair.

    dallas will have no center to start...bradley? echmeyer? why do they want to get rid of their starting center so badly?

    without a decent center, theyll never win a championship

    Everyone seems to be concerned about Dallas losing their Center in Raef Laefrentz. While that would bother Dallas a little, the important question is: Will Dallas be a better team than before the trade?

    Steve Nash
    Michael Finley
    Ruben Patterson
    Rasheed Wallace
    Dirk Nowtizki

    That almost matches the Lakers in terms of star-power- and The Mavs would have more depth with Mcinnis, Eduardo Najera, Josh Howard and Co coming of the bench. I don't know how realistic this deal is, but I think this deal makes the Mavericks even more dangerous offensively and they retain their good depth without hurting their defense any.

    However, a lack of quality backups at PG and C are a concern.
