    That sounds like a stretch to me. The Lakers will have three other big time scorers this year. I don't think that Kobe will get the touches to score fifty points, none the less an amazing sixty-three points.

    I don't have a prediction.

    Iverson or Tmac, the thing is i think neither of them will ever score more than 55 because these days the scoring starts off in the first half, and by the end of the third quarter the team with a player scoring 35+ is winning by a large margin and the coach will sit that player who is on a scoring streak out for the 4th quarter.

    tmac with 58, pp with 56, then ai with 55 will be the 3 top scorers. dirk will have at least 50 one game too.

    Dee, I'm feeling iffy 'bout your predictions...I doubt Tmac's going to have 63...I mean I think he could do 50-something, but 60!? Crazy-crazy. Hmm...that'd be cool if Ray got 47..."last" season he had 43 or something...that was sweet.

    i agree. i think the guys who are most capable of scoring 60 would be shaq, TD, and KG. shaq won't get enough touches for that, the spurs won't need timmy to score 60, and with all the scorers on the twolves' roster, i dont think they'll need kg to score 60 either

    yea and Pierce had close to 50 in a half. its not that guys arent capable of it. its just not nessecary. especially for guys like kobe who will have three other big time scorers to share the ball with. If the laker team goes as planned kobe wont score 50 in a game unless he really cares about his stats. I think though that there will be some players on les balanced teams who do it. I think Tmac and Pierce will both have at least one 50 point game this year

    by the time any player scores 50..the coach takes them out..as normally and most times this season it is a blowout..so there don't have a chance to get it...
