well written except i completely disagree. the franchise is still only 8 yrs old...its a little early to be forcasting the end of their success. three years ago they were an inch from the conference finals...now they are done for good? a little pessemistic man. every team goes through highs and lows. there are two ways to look at the raptors as a franchise, and your looking at it as half empty...peronally i see good things in the future, as a raptor fan, i see things turning around from the past two seasons (barring any injuries)

txuonline, any team sucks without there franchise player. Its been like that all through the years of the NBA. I think you expect way to much from the youngest franchise in the NBA.

dude...the raptors are not that bad of a team, but when they set an nba record for most amount of man games lost due to injury in a season, they are going to have a bad year...last two years have been PLAGUED with injuries...before that, the raps were getting better every season. injuries are not a measurment of team quality...would the spurs be a shitty team if parker and duncan were injured? no...theyd be an injured team. its not fair to say a team sucks when you arent even in a position to make that judgement...the raptors never even played as a team last year, so how do you know they suck? as a partial team they suck, sure...ill admit that...but at least wait to see them play together as a team to judge whether they suck or not. maybe theyll rip it up...maybe they wont, but untill you see them play as a team, you cant say they suck because last time they played as a full team, they went to the eastern conference finals...member that?
