how many threads on this do we NEED??? Kobe is obviously guillty of adultery. rape? we dont know yet do we. Kobe alwys seemed very nice but when a girl accuses you of raping her you cannot assume shes making it up even if she agreed to go in your room.

I do think he is innocent of commiting a crime. But if he DID rape this young woman, then he should pay the price and be jailed. However, he has appeared to prove that he still loves his wife. I think he knows of his mistake and has tried to make up for it by sincerely apologizing and asking for forgiveness from his wife. :thumbsup:

No. He had consensual sex with a woman and the woman is trying to profit off it by claiming she was against it. At least that's what I would think.

I do not think Kobe is guilty and it will be very hard to prosecute him, but when all is said and done, Kobe's image has been tainted.
