    Jake Plummer, QB, Denver Broncos

There has never been any doubts about Plummer's arm strength or ability to throw the deep ball. It's his decision-making and play under pressure that has always been questioned.

Plummer was never surrounded by much quality talent in Arizona, though. The running game only provided him with sporadic support at best, and his receivers never played well for a consistent period of time. David Boston's numbers quickly dropped off before he left for San Diego, and Frank Sanders went from being respectable to worthless before he departed for Baltimore. Tight end Freddie Jones was a huge disappointment.

By the end of last year, Plummer was reduced to depending on Kevin Kasper and rookie Jason McAddley. Plummer, who has always made ill-advised throws when he must bring his team from behind, threw 20 interceptions and just 18 TD passes.
