It is getting rather deep in here. May have to go put on some waders soon.

What I find funny is that in a topic such as this, there are people coming out of the woodwork to support or slam sirius. People with only a few posts, and they're all in this thread.

    Could it be....

    SATAN???

Just as Philly_Freak said in the first place, this RamsFlaFan walks, talks, and smells like a advertisement planter or investor in Sirius. The Sawzall guy pretty much pegged it for any logical fellow. Using Sirius has to be way down the option list, because of the cost, delay, and (most importantly) other "particpation" options that include actual viewing home market radio or interent coverage .

We keep constant watch over the internet - and any time someone posts anything about satellite radio, we swoop down to promote our favorite service. There are thousands of us, silently watching until someone posts.

Ya think I am kidding? Be afraid, be very afraid.

Easy now fellas, the rules are pretty relaxed on this:

    Advertising
This forum is provided free of charge with minimal advertising on it. This is not a place to promote your own website. Site owners who do so will have their post deleted immediately and restitution sought after.

If you don't want to talk about Sirius, then don't. Ramsonefan brought up the topic in context of a conversation. If you do want to talk about it, then go ahead.

Cute. I like your sense of humor. You know, Geena Davis once gave me the same warning back in 1986.

I have to have a sense of humor... I am a Skins fan. Although Joe will make it a great deal better, we still have Dannyboy as an owner.

This is no more an advertisement than our discussion of direct TV. Where are all these new people coming from? By the way, welcome to you all... it's great to have some new members.

He is not kidding. I am a Sirius Satellite Radio fanatic and I heard about this forum elsewhere. I found you and others will to. The rivalry between Sirius and XM is fiercer than Ford / Chevy ever thought about being.

I will tell you up front that I believe Sirius is the entertainment media of the future. I believe that statement so much that I have invested 30 years of savings in the company. I will not lie to you and I will answer any legitimate questions anyone has about satellite radio, Sirius specifically.

I am not here to sell you anything, but if you are interested and have questions, I'll be back to answer them. I am here to help. I do not work for Sirius or anyone affiliated with them.

me again-sorry for the people who think I am adverstising. let me ask you this if you all had something that you thought was extra special wouldn't you let people with your same interest know. also someone said that there aren't that many displaced fans. i disagree with that statement. I think at least 20% of football fans do not live in their cities in fact i am going to post a new discussion on that topic.

I don't have the knowledge you guys do right now. But after the debut of NFL Radio in 12 days, I'll be able to contribute more. BTW, I am an old Cowboy fan from the Dandy Don Merideth and Roger Staubauch days. Tom Landry is a god.

What I will be hearing on the sirius NFL Radio:

    Now Playing
Hear comprehensive previews of every NFL team! Hear from the coaches, players, general managers and more as the countdown to the NFL season continues.

Listen now for interviews and special features with...

    # Bill Belichick, Head Coach, New England Patriots
    # Jeff Fisher, Head Coach, Tennessee Titans
    # Herman Edwards, Head Coach, New York Jets
    # Dave Wannstedt, Head Coach, Miami Dolphins
    # Tony Dungy, Head Coach, Indianapolis Colts
    # Ahman Green, Running Back, Green Bay Packers
    # Keyshawn Johnson, Wide Receiver, Dallas Cowboys
