Yeah, okay, even though he doesn't even average the most free-throw attempts per game. You say he gets away with stuff, well, it's the other team that makes him shoot a ton of free throws by using the hack-a-Shaq.. Didn't the Spurs shoot 9 more free-throws per game than the opposition in the playoffs?! That is insanely tragic..
Quit Bellyaching. Shaq gets plenty of luv from the refs. Pierce DOES average the most free throws per game and he gets HAMMERED everytime way more than Shaq does. The Spurs averaged more free throws becasuse more of the games were played in their house and the refs in every game favored the whole team. that and the lakers just fouled more cuase they couldnt guard duncan and the spurs

I whatch plenty of Lakers games. probably as many as you but I also whatch a lot of the celtics and Pierce gets MANHANDLED every trip to the basket. If Kobe got double teamed and smashed around like Pierce they would have identical numbers. Ive seen Pierce not get calls on plays where he lost teeth and thats no exageration. Shaq gets hammered almost as much as pierce but come on. He's also got a half a foot and about 150 pounds on Pierce to get him thru it even when he doesnt get the calls
Pierce does get attacked everytime he goes down the lane. For you to say he doesnt and shaq does is just insane! For one shaq just throws it down where as pierce actually uses fundamentals to get in the lane. He usually gets knocked down half the time when he drives to the basket too.
Boohoohoo! You guys have the most pointless argument here. You say just because Shaq is 7 feet tall that he should be able to take the hacking and blows..should that change the outcome of whether it is a foul or not? It's still a foul, no matter how big he is.. That's like sayin that just because Kobe is a celeb he should automatically be innocent because he is "bigger" than the accuser..ya know? Oh my gosh, Pierce does not get hacked more than Shaq! LOL. Pierce is a perimeter player. Granted, he can drive and slash, but players that shoot outside don't get fouled as much as inside players. Especially don't get fouled as much as 7 footers that weigh 320lbs.
