Nemanja Aleksandrov will make history. Maybe you'll read this article in a few years and laugh at that statement. A lot of things can happen in the future, but there is no doubt the 16-year-old kid is something special. "He is quite famous in my country. My only doubt is whether he'll be a star in Europe or in the NBA." - Former Yugoslav star Sasha Radunovic. "He's incredible. I've never seen a player like him that does it all and does it well." - A Western Conference NBA scout. "You can see he is special from the first moment. I would sign him if I could." - Zoran Savic, GM of European powerhouse Fortitudo Bologna. That's the kind of props Nemanja Aleksandrov is getting. However, his attitude is not that of a star. He acts like a regular kid -- even though he is not one. He is probably the best player to come out of Europe in the last few years. Better than Pau Gasol, Vladimir Radmanovic, Andrei Kirilenko, Tony Parker and Darko Milicic. Really. His routine? He runs the floor on tip toe, moves his 6-foot-10 body smoothly, catches the ball, fakes, takes a big first step, stands behind the three-point line, jumps and shoots the ball. Swish. He does all that with unbelievably fluid movements for someone his size. Full Article: http://www.hoopshype.com/articles/aleksandrov_peinado.htm

Nemanja Aleksandrov is about 6'10, 210 pounds. He is a brilliant shooter for a big man but hasn't done anything above the junior level in Europe and hasn't shown the same type of dominant ability Darko did at his age.
u dont even know that darko is going to be a star in this league. for all u know hes not as good as gasol

He did barely play for Vrsac until last season. Nemanja Aleksandrov was unanimous namend tournament MVP of the U17 Europeans. He's way more dominant on junior level than Milicic ever was. He's even better than Toni Kukoc was back in the day.
