In Philly's defense, there was so much talk here that the Eagles were going to sign him, think about it, it made the most sense. The Eagles just didn't want him.

I know you were, I just said that in general. He claims that he predicted and rooted for that Russian girl to win wimbledon. When he makes predictions, he mostly pulls them out of his ass, their all long shots, but in todays sports there is no such thing as a long shot because everyone has a chance. All of the last winners were long shots. Tampa, Detroit, Smarty Jones, the Russian etc.
