Missed Out On Gildon

    Looks like Gildon is going to Buffalo. Bummer. I was hoping we could sign him and help beef up the pass rush this year.

    I hadn' t had much hope for him. He's aging, been getting hurt, and that reminds me of JJ. He may have had 1 year left in him, but I don't think he would hav been much help. Could be wrong though. Will keep an eye on him in Buffalo to see what he does. If I remember correctly, didn't he sign a fairly lucrative deal?? Or am I losing my mind?? I don't think he was worth what he was paid. Gotta get the young guys in there and get them PT.

    He got a one year deal with Buffalo for about $1,000,000 with a $100,000 signing bonus. The Pack offered him the vets minimum of $760,000.

    I guess he knows the new Buffalo coach (used to be in Pittsburgh) so that's why he ultimately went there.
